Bidra med feedbackThe worst service ever, definitelly NOT recommending. Delicious food but its not worth it if you are treated badly. 1. My friend came there sooner so she waited for me with the order. I arrived 18:30, we ordered tosta mista atum, Brazilian waitress (shorter) brought salmao. When I told her we ordered differently, started to argue that we ordered salmao not atum. 2. She brought 19:05 bill without any proper explanation. When she brought multibanco to pay, I asked her if I can still order cake. She changed the bill, I paid, brought the cake. 3. 10 minutes later she told us they are closing at 19:30 which I didnt know about. She let me order cake knowing they close sooner so I said to her I ordered cake now because I wasnt informed about it. SHE TOLD ME SHE CAN PACK IT FOR ME AS A TAKE AWAY. I refused, I ordered it and will eat it here. SHE RESPONDED THAT ONLY TILL 19:30!!! such a rude behaviour I have never experienced in service in Portugal. I would fire her on spot treating customer like this. Never coming back and not recommending this place to anyone, sorry.
Nice place, nice staff, good atmosphere. Good coffee
They charged me 11 euros for a coffee, the juice was good, no eggs on the plate, only dried toast and under cooked over salted bacon. The servers are rude, the food overpriced and as I’ve tried twice now: they either do not like people who are not Portuguese, or simply have bad service. I think it is the latter.
Very lovely cafe with delicious homemade scones and coffee. We enjoyed a laptop session- not sure about WiFi as we used our data plan. The service was friendly and kind and it looks like the place has lots of different seating options.
Great brunch! Ideal for sharing plus drinks for the second person. The staff is young and very nice!
