Bidra med feedbackManager with glasses who is older and heavy set always gives me problems about ice, I always order a drink atleast bust mostly a meal and my drink will be iced but he claims they’re ice machine is down and won’t give me a extra small cup. I set up an experiment to see if it was just me I asked 2 friends to go through the drive through and ask, my white friend got her Ice my black friend was told there was no ice both gave no reaction and ordered the same thing, I then came and decided to ask and was told the ice wasn’t working too, we all came to the conclusion he might be prejudice towards us no other managers give us any other problems especially about ice. This is very disappointing to learn and something I don’t think aligns with Wendy’s values
Breakfast stops lately, but I've started searching for a new place. Asking for a large sweet tea is quite the conundrum for the beverage worker. I usually suffer through un-sweet tea. Usually discovered after I've pulled away.
Just left this Wendy's because a worker on drive through got on the floor laid out then reached for something under the equipment. Then she got up ran hands on the sides of her hair to push it under her Wendy's cap. Immediately after that she grabbed someone's nuggets or fries and started making their order. She then grabbed someones salad and salad dressing. She did not wash hers hands after getting off the floor. I could not believe it. I told the owner and he seemed fine with the fact she didn't wash her hands and the owner said we also handle the credit cards. She was not at the window she was preparing orders. So I asked the owner is that acceptable to him. And he shrugged and said do you want your money back. Yes, I said that is nasty as hell. I said that is triflin he's like don't use words like that. I'm like wash your nasty hands before you handle people's food. I'ma call it like I see it. Talking about they have customers. Truth is the truth. This is how people get sick. I hope you done somewhere and they do that to you.
Good food. Relatively cheap, they were definitely fast ! Maybe 3-4 minutes at the drive thru. Recommend
I love the fresh salad. They do not add the final ingredients until you check in.Randy is a rude manager and really needs to practice patience, listening skills, and respect for customers.
