Taj Of India - Alexandria

The food was very delicious, quantity was also good. Staffs were friendly. But the place was not clean and it was so hot. They don?t have AC. They were running fans which is not adequate to make the place cool. It was so hot inside we couldn?t eat properly.

Taj has become a staple to our household. They offer some of the most delicious, authentic Indian dishes in the area. We've sampled many other Indian restaurants in the are, but we keep coming back to Taj of India. If you're on the fence, order from Taj. The food is great!

Took a friend there who had never tried Indian food. Nitin served us and made the experience one to remember. He steered us towards their signature dishes which were out of this world good. Palak chaat in pic was delightful. Buttery chicken, lamb roganjosh, and carrot halwa were all incredible. Prices were very affordable. If you're considering this restaurant, do not hesitate to try it.

We had seekh kabab from appetiser it was the best I had. Biriyani was very delicious and the best part about Biriyani was it not being dry. Hospitable hosts with wonderful dishes and ambiance. Highly recommended.
