First off the way they treat there customers is horrible, they are really rude when making your sandwich but when it?s time to take your money they get all happy because they expect tips, and frankly I thinks it?s because of the manager because the way she treats her employees makes you want to gag. Second they don?t wash there lettuce or there spinach because I ended finding dirt on mine, and if you look carefully where they dunk the knifes in water and then cut your sandwich....That?s unsanitary. If I were you I?d go to Panera bread
I wouldn?t even rate this with one star. Staff are very rude. They need to learn better customer service and how to treat their customers with respect. I would not recommend this subway location after the way I was treated. So disrespectful.
The reviews about the staff's rudeness are accurate. I used to frequent this Subway for years, but recently received extremely rude treatment from one of the employees, which the owner dismissed with laughter. With Subway's popularity on the decline and this being one of the rudest Subways I have come across, I predict they will be going out of business soon. It's only a matter of time.
Today I purchased two wraps and was disappointed to find that each wrap only contained 8 small pieces of chicken, making them the size of half a wrap. I was charged $17 for this, and as a 53-year-old who has been eating at Subway for a long time, I am not satisfied with the service. Where is the meat I paid for? I will never eat at this Subway again due to the poor customer service. Stay away and beware.
I ordered a Steak and Cheese sandwich for pickup online, but was disappointed to find very little meat in it. Overall, it was a pretty lackluster experience.
