Mcdonald's - Alexandria

Incompatible with my orders. about 50/50 at this point. nuggets are stiff. fries are stale.

So on today, I ordered a McDouble and McChicken. Usually, the price of that is $3.50. He charged it up separately and told me that they do not have that deal. It was displayed. He rung me up and told me after I paid for it. Then I turned around and asked for a 2 for $6. He told me again that they do not have it and it was displayed. They were so irritating. I do not know if they know that talking another language when you are bilingual can be considered rude. Etiquette need to be definitely taught to the staff working. Then when I got my food my McDouble only has one patty ??. This was a bad McDonald's experience. 4/10

Best McDonald's ever _____ excellent costumer service

I ordered on the app and one person asked me for my number and the other person asked if I was “Ingrid.” I thought it pretty cool to ask for something I would know automatically and call me by name. I knew my number too. The coffee is great and my McGriddle sandwich hit the spot.

No drive through, which is fine, but when I went in to order there was almost no customers in there and they still messed up my order.
