Jimmy John's - Alexandria

I ordered the Tuna Club today around 12 for pickup. For the first time in all the times that I’ve had this sandwich, I was finally given a real tuna sandwich. There was tons of tuna and toppings on it. Unlike the other locations I’ve visited that give you a dollop of tuna and a whole head of lettuce.This is my third time visiting this specific location and each time has been great, today was the best though!I don’t know who was in charge of making my sandwich today at 12-ish but thank you, tell ya team to do the same. No more thin sandwiches!

2 stars only because it looks like the bathroom hasn’t been touched(cleaned) since they opened. Because it had mold in the toilet.Food tasted fine.Hopefully they clean a little more.

Second time in a row I didn’t get what I ordered. I suppose I’ll eat elsewhere.

Rude af, couldn't decide if they were closed a half hour early because they didn't have bread or just because they felt like being closed. Didn't want those nasty, greasy bas+ards making my food no way, thank you for making the choice easy for me!

Food was good but customer service is awful. Guy working definitely looked like he didn't want to be there, the pricing was okay and the store looked clean but you never got the vibe that you were wanted in there. I guess go if you're desperate? There's better sub options tbh
