Five Guys Burgers Fries - Alexandria

I really enjoy this restaurant. The staff was welcoming and took my order promptly. The food was cooked perfectly and the place was very clean. I will definitely be returning soon!

Waited 15 min for an online order. People who went to the store got their food faster than the guys behind the counter kept their heads down and didn't care about someone waiting for it. I got a mix of regular Pommes and Cajun Pommes sprinkled because the person who made the friends met all the other orders and they could see that I got angry. This place needs some management that can help people with customer service. Don't just throw a bag with a burger on a shelf and forget it.

Staff was amazing!!! The older gentleman who took our order and made our milkshakes was so kind and the milkshake was BOMB! Bit expensive for a shake tho but worth it! Charlie was polite and made the best fries! The lady who made our burger was quick (began making our burgers ASAP) love this location! Team has great customer service skills.
