I used to be here with my family a few times in the month and was decent eating, but last weekend my family went to eat there and as soon as we went into us the negative feeling of the workers who they never wanted to do their job, they were rude and the person on the desk got our order wrong and then mark filled drinks and then gave us that we need to check out what is left because they did not get us
The staff and food were great!! That would get a 5 stars . My reason for one star is, this Captain D's is not ADA compliant. I could not get my sister in law in the door without a struggle. Remove the useless divider wall and make a double door access into the lobby. This is 2022 and this should not be an issue.
Horrible. They apparently changed the type of fish they use without communicating it to their customers. It tastes more like chicken. I was so disappointed because it’s been a while since I’ve eaten here. Not only that, Whenever I went in to get a refund, everyone in the building was complaining that the fish was disgusting. I held Captain D’s to a higher standard than this! I will not be returning.
Done! I will never eat at this Captain D's again. Got a seafood platter for lunch on Sunday, within an hour I was sick, which lasted 2 days. I'm contemplating turning them in to the Health Department!
Love the friendly employees and always excellent food quality!
