Aldo's Italian Kitchen - Alexandria

We were in the area over the weekend and decided to try this place based on the reviews. It was a pleasant experience. The service was great and the food was even better. I had the chicken cake with pasta and my partner ordered the lasagna. They brought ice water to the table as soon as we set ourselves and finished our meal with a few free bites of brownie. Would definitely recommend this place if you are ever in the area.

When I saw wow, I mean WOW! This place has really good food, I ordered one of the specials with scallops and it was perfect. The prices are fair and the garlic bread is the best I ever had! (And not to beat my own horn, but I have eaten a lot of garlic bread. I would recommend this place to everyone, I'll probably be back for lunch tomorrow.

Definitely recommend Aldos for anyone looking for a great dinner experience. My family and I were greeted by the owner Emanuele at the door and how long customers were treated. The food is fresh and delicious. I will be sure to go out my way to promote their facility and recommend others to do the same.

We were on vacation and were at home with a family friend. Aldo's is right across from them.... The food! The service, very attentive and fast! Staff, very friendly! If we're ever on vacation, we're definitely going back! Thanks to Aldo's Italian cuisine for serving delicious food (Fritten Calamari, Scallops with Linguine and spicy red sauce, Chickenpesto Pasta) and for the kindness you have shown us!

Parking is tricky, but who cares...it's worth it...Excellent quality ingredients and portions are huge. We walked in and the owner in the kitchen, waved at us, as if, he'd known us all of his life. He also greeted us at the door as we were leaving, and ask if we enjoyed our meal. He just seems to be a great human being. Great food, atmosphere and portions. If You're in or around DC and you love Italian food...THIS. IS. THE. PLACE.
