Schnitz - Albury

We tried Schnitz fir the first time when staying over night in Albury. A nice clean family restaurant- great food and service. The staff are very friendly.

During my visit at the restaurant amidst the COVID pandemic, I was pleased to see that they were following all the necessary protocols. It was a relief to finally be able to sit down and enjoy a meal after such a long time. While observing the kitchen staff preparing the food, I noticed that they worked swiftly, albeit a bit roughly. The food was haphazardly placed on the bun, and I also observed that the gloves were not changed throughout our visit, leading to potential cross-contamination among different ingredients such as burgers, wraps, meats, and salads. Despite these concerns, I must say that the chips were consistently cooked to perfection.

We have eaten here several times and have always found the food and staff to be excellent. The meals are are good size and are reasonab,y priced.

Chips were delicious and very generous with the portion size. Snitzel was quite small and my dads was overcooked but mine was tasty. Dad ordered salad but didn’t get given any. Very clean venue and friendly staff.

Enjoyed our meal. Like kfc or maccas but more healthy and not per made. Enjoyed but could be a little pricey for chicken and chips on a regular basis
