Beer Deluxe - Albury

OK, I read the dodgy reviews over the period of 2021 to 2022. I must say, I read the passionate narrative of the chef on Facebook so I decided to visit. I ordered the fish and chips. The best fish and chips I ever had was in St Andrews Scotland. Beer deluxe was equal to it. So was the Parmi. It was quick and efficient, I am not easily pleased. Well done kitchen.

Waited forever to get fairly ordinary food and had a jug of beer thrown over our table as well by one of the young drunks. Albury has some great venues to visit, like 2640 underneath the Quest on Kiewa St but we won't be going back to Beer Deluxe.

The restaurant is happy to serve young intoxicated individuals with revealing clothing, but we had to wait a long time to be served. Additionally, the restroom was occupied by drug users, making it inconvenient for patrons. We experienced disrespectful treatment and will not be recommending this establishment to anyone looking to conduct business with them.

I came for a beer, drank two and left fulfilled! Jet lag, international travel and thirst brought me to the only place open late on a desolate Sunday night. Staff were welcoming and friendly. Food looks good in the reviews might have to return!
