Dion's - Albuquerque

They always have great pizzas and sandwiches here. Takes a little while to get your food but it's worth it!

Took 30 mins longer than quoted. A lot of people waiting on their orders and a long drive thru line.

I always go here for the pizza, because it never dissapoints. But last night was a different story. The pizza wasn't good at all, idk if it wasnt prepared or cooked properly, something was off for sure...hopefully it will be just a one time thing.

Staff very friendly and helpful! Food was excellent!

Dions on academy must have changed management, because it has been progressively getting worse every time I go here (once a week).They are routinely forgetting my order or egregiously misquoting wait times. The past three times I’ve gone I’ve had to go and ask where my food was after half an hour (only a slice each time). This time it was a drive through where I sat by myself with no other car for 15 minutes additional for an order I called in 15 minutes ago.I can see them rushing around in the back and looking for a misplaced order and then there is never any admittance of making a mistake, which is really what ticks me off.I know the majority of them are kids, but management needs to step up. I love this Dions, I’ve gone here since I was a kid for over 20 years.I know the service here is getting worse. I’d love to change the review to 5 stars but not as it is.
