Church's Chicken - Albuquerque

The dining experience was unpleasant, as the smell was off-putting. We felt so disappointed that we ended up in tears. The staff offered to compensate us for the uneaten food, but we found both the food and service to be subpar. We will not be returning to this restaurant.

It's okay, but they always forget my enkel French pommes or my mac nd cheese, but others then that the worker at the window was very nice

My sandwich was overcooked and my kartomas were undercooked, everything was truly awful. I called to complain and spoke to Lisa who was unhelpful and gave me the worst customer experience ever.

We waited to order 10 minutes in the thru running gear. when we came into the window, the dame was rude and screamed at someone in the dining room/kitchen. they did not get my order right

1st we couldn't understand the lady at the drive-through 2nd when I ask her I asked her if I had the spicy chicken Like I asked for through the drive-through she said no it washe said no it was regular then she dumped the one in the bucket and grabbed us tand grab those 10 legs only Lily and the legs were really dry and burnt from being under the lamp there has been many have been many situations with this church's chicken so horrible And poorly managed
