Burger 21 Albuquerque

That was a place where I visited a lot. I went to a big burger today. I asked my burgers well. I went on to get condodiments and saw that all bins were dirty and dirty. I was out. That was 12:00 so it wasn't the lunch break. I went to the bathroom to wash my hands and it was pretty rough. You weren't paper towels. It was obvious that it was not cleaned in a while. I got my burger and sat down. The table was sticky. My burger wasn't well done. There was also water on the ground and a bucket of dirty water in the middle of the ground. I'm not going back!

First time here. Custom service was horrible, especially the girl with the pink in her hair. She wouldn't let us finish ordering without interrupting. And what do ya know! Our order was wrong! We waited 20 minutes to get our correct order. The manager was sitting in the corner pretending to do paper work and saw how upsetting the situation was and never got off his seat to come over to rectify the situation. All this for a mediocre burger. Will not be going back.

We were craving a burger, husband and I found this place and we loved it. Good size portions, very tasty, fresh and clean! We added hatch chilis to our food and wow!!! I was able to find something that was dairy and gluten free! Santa Fe salad with no cheese balsamic dressing on the side. Thank you MISSI for making sure my food was right!!! Xoxo

MY HUSBAND AND I ARE IN LOVE WITH THIS PLACE!! the fact that they have dedicated gluten free fryers and options is just amazing. The best burger joint I have ever eaten at!!! Everything was so good and I didn?t get sick at all (gluten allergy-celiac disease). The milkshakes were the best part honestly!!! You have to try the banana milkshake OMG!!! We spent 40$ and it was well worth it!!

Tasty burger, well priced (the omg double pattie is 12) well seasoned and well charred, but has some slips in preparation. I requested mine medium and got medium well doneness. My partner 's medium burger had some pink in the center, so the cooking is inconsistent. There are some odd choices in execution. Our vanilla milkshake had cinnamon added in. Which is not terrible but we wanted a vanilla shake. The cinnamon over powers the vanilla and becomes a different tasting product. They have onion strings which can only be best described as the crumbs you find at the bottom of a bag of chips made into a side. They 're crumbly and hard to grasp, they just made me really want proper onion rings instead. The flavors here are good but there are odd choices in how the menu items work. Willing to give this place another shot, but hold the cinnamon please.
