BJ's Brewhouse Cottonwood Mall

Our food was well cooked and hot. we had the artichoke spinat Di-Attizer and it was great! I can't expect to try the avocado rolls. yum. beautiful atmosphere and great service

My wife and I went there for the first time and we enjoyed ourselves. The food was good and the prices were reasonable. We went near peek business hours and were thankful we used Open Table to reserve our table. We will go again I'm sure.

Never use Open Table at this BJ's location. Staff to include manager on duty absolutely horrible. Group arrived prior to reservations but were still seated after 2 groups of same size who had no reservations but had arrived earlier. Manager stated he was aware of the reservation but he could only put the group on the waiting list when they arrived. Even afer confirming to me he knew a reservation was in place his staff was as equally rude and unwilling to offer any suitable solution or even try.

My overall experience at this place was always a good one. the customer service is top notch and I like the food options they present. also additional kudos for coming with great possibilities to fight COVID-19 by scanning a QR code and showing the menu on our phones.

We booked them open table, but at our arrival, the host said that open table is a third party company and they do not treat their reservations as a reservation, so we were then added to their call-for-warte list. it is not good to use this app for this restaurant.
