Adoro este restaurante. A localização é incrível, o cardápio é variado com uma ótima opção para atender todas as necessidades. O serviço foi de primeira classe. Fomos durante o dia e gostamos de sentar do lado de fora.

Over the last two weeks I have visited twice. Once as me and my wife for our anniversary and once as a table of six to watch the sun go down. First as a couple we sat inside and felt that attention to detail wasn’t there. Starters come and we had to ask where our drinks were. Having visited here before we knew what the food looks and tastes like. We both ordered Portuguese steak and when it come it was clear they ran out of the “sirloin steak” and replaces with a huge “tournedo style “ steak. We ate it because this took an hour to come. Service felt sloppy and un owned and servers didn’t seem to have sections. When we came as a six, we sat outside and didn’t think it could get any worse. It did. 15-20 minutes and we had to ask for someone to come and take our order. Bread didn’t taste fresh very tough. The garlic bread is always good. Kids meal came out 20 minutes before our main meal. This time steak was correct steak but sauce was thin and so much it makes the potatoes on top wet. It’s the best location in Gale but I won’t be rushing back sadly

We appreciate that staff need to be fed but it is rather rude and arrogant to be sat there at 12-30/ 1 pm while customers are looking to be served. The Portuguese holiday season is not that long and this is not an endearing feature. All well and good in the middle of winter, but in high season, surely hay needs to be made while the sun shines. With the poor quality of the food and service we were very disappointed as we have being visiting this restaurant for 30 years. But seemingly that does not count for anything in this restaurants hospitality. We may not return, but I guess they will not care.
