Bravo - Albufeira

We were enticed to dine in and we didn’t regret it. You need to keep in mind the location so you will pay more than outside of the old town where we could have had the same meal for about 1/3 less but the old town is a great experience and the atmosphere is top! Specific meal reviews: Mexican burger good size, great flavours, spicy enough without it being over the top and was filling. Sea bass with prawn sauce the sea bass itself was very nice, the sauce lacked flavour and no prawns to be seen, not filling enough for a main. Children’s steak and chips good size for a child, good steak, vegetables and chips as you’d expect. Children’s lasagna the portion was too small even for a child, taste was good but could have had a bit more meat, it could have been better in terms of a proper portion with a side of chips or vegetables.

Vinimos a este local sin mirar las reseñas. Despues de pedir la cena vimos las malas reseñas que tiene y cogimos un poco de miedo. La espera se hizo larga, media hora en traer la comida y a gente que vino detras nuestra se la han traido antes. La comida no es de lo mejor pero es aceptable.

We saw the reviews when we were already at the table. I had an xxl cheeseburger which was actually good, my friend tried the ribs which needs improvement. Over all we cant complain too much as we had a quick Lunch. In addition we ordered chicken wings as a starter, but it got served with the main courses. Drinks were served by the glass and not by the bottle so that cheaper brands could be used.

I always base my meals on reviews, anyway the other night I didn’t have much time to check and wandered into Bravo. So glad I didn’t check the reviews as it would have put me off and I’d have missed out on this amazing restaurant. Google reviews states 1.7 so I was shocked to find my meal was beautiful. I had the Oriental Bravo Pasta and OMG it was amazing. Hoisin sauce, spring onions, sesame seeds and veal, it was a taste sensation. I just had to put a review on so other people may try it and see it’s not a bad place to eat. We will be back
