I ordered a pizza online at 4:30. The app said it would be done at five. at 5:03 the said it was complete. I went into the store and it was not.. people were walking off the street ordering and picking up their pizza within a few minutes. I asked where my pizza was and they said they were getting right on it which they did not. I waited till 530 and I had to leave. The store was an absolute horrendous mess.

You guys need to maybe start opening at 10 on Sundays during football season

Very very poor customer service. Called at 7:50pm on a Wednesday night and called several times with no answer. Finally someone picked up and told me they weren't taking orders anymore as they were about to close. Poor customer

I ordered 3 pizzas and ALL of them arrived UNCOOKED!! I called up the store and asked them how they could make such a ridiculous mistake and they LAUGHED at me. If I wanted to cook pizza myself, I would have made DiGiorno which is not delivery. It's DiGiorno. ?
