The hotel is located 10 minutes from the center of Alberobello, the rooms are simple and clean. Towels are changed daily. The beds have very good mattresses, the sound insulation is excellent. The breakfast was excellent, sweet and also continental (eggs, ham, cheese), fruit... The coffee from the coffee machine was very good, you can also get espresso coffee on request. Dinner was also very good, every day we ate a different meal specific to that part of Italy. The hotel employees are very friendly and the owner of the hotel was present every day at the hotel, he even came to see us off. The only two complaints would be the power switches in the room which were not cleaned well and the balcony doors and windows. The hotel has a nice garden with a swimming pool. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay there again.

This is the second time I book in this hotel for both the reception and the place. Very comfortable and clean room. Breakfast with a wide selection of fresh products from sweet to savoury. All very good! My son couldn't wait to take a dip in the pool and I the aperitif The staff is always smiling and friendly, we were welcomed as if we were family located near the center, very practical to get there on foot . Thanks for everything to Francesco, Dory and all the staff!

Pleasant stay The only annoying thing was that we noticed the air conditioning did not work and we had to ask reception 4times to turn it on. They control it centrally through a computer and they turn it off during the day for some reason. The panel in your room does nothing. Very odd Overpriced, but expected during august in this part of Italy Besides that it was a nice stay with a clean and spacious room, nice bathroom, nice breakfast and pool. The staff was very friendly and attentive

I 'm only rating this hotel for the service from the gentleman at reception, I did not stay there. I understand that they may receive many passing tourists as there is not much on their road and after lunch time everything closes, but when nature calls, it is out of your control. Especially when driving for almost 3 hours to get to Alberobello. I asked the gentleman very nicely if I could use the toilet, but the he said it 's not possible , maybe he was trying to impress his friend. Perhaps if you get many tourists asking to use the toilet because of your location, ask the non guests to pay a small fee, I would have been happy to pay. But just for this reason, I would personally not stay at this hotel when I 'm back, nor recommend it. Take note, when you 're in the service industry always remember that even the non paying clients could be potential clients at some point.
