Subway - Albany

The employees at this location said they didn't receive the order I placed through the mobile app. They said they can't make my food or give me a refund, even though I showed them proof that my order has already been paid for. The employees called the owner of this location, and he told me that he's out of town and can't help me. They stole $42.12 from me, including the 15% tip I included on the order.The employees at this location are shady and will steal your money! Use the mobile app for this location at your own risk!

This is by far the most friendly Subway and fast food restaurants I have ever visited. The staff is energetic and friendly. They know their customers and make a delicious sandwich just the way you want it. 5 STARS!

Byrd and the ladies made my experience very pleasurable. My sandwich was made to perfection and the customer service was above standard. This establishment was very clean.
