Red Lobster - Albany

We had an amazing experience today with fantastic service and delicious food! Our server, Shanna, was exceptional and took great care of us. The food was prepared exactly as we ordered, served hot and promptly. We can't wait to return! Thank you for a wonderful meal and a memorable Valentine's Day celebration!

I visit Albany twice a month, and I won't be dining at Red Lobster again. The management decided not to adhere to what the menu stated regarding my entree and provided a weak excuse for it. Interestingly, I had ordered the same meal just two weeks prior and received exactly what was promised on the menu.

The food and service at this restaurant are good. I'm not sure why, but it seems to be a popular choice in Valdosta. Personally, I still prefer Blackbeard's Seafood in Albany, as it offers better quality at a lower price.

I'm sorry I didn't take any pictures, but I had what I believe was the lobster surprise. I'm not entirely sure about the name, but I really enjoyed it! It came with crab legs, two different types of shrimp, and I think there was another entree included as well. Everything was delicious! Don’t forget to try the blueberry Caribbean drink too!

I want to start by highlighting my waitress, Aiyanna, who was fantastic! There was no host at the front for about four minutes, and when he finally arrived—during a time when the restaurant wasn’t busy—he didn’t greet me, saying, “My fault, I didn’t see you come in.” Luckily, I sat at the bar and had the pleasure of Aiyanna taking care of me, as she was very attentive and professional. The food arrived quickly and was mostly spot on. The Cajun chicken pasta, which Aiyanna recommended, was absolutely delicious. The Cheddar Bay biscuits were fresh out of the oven and just right. My only complaint is that the person who prepared the salad gave me almost the entire end/root of the lettuce. Overall, I would definitely return if I'm in the area again.
