Chick-fil-a - Albany

I frequent this location. I mean a lot. The last two experiences here have been awful. Less than a week ago they ran out of buns (yes. It shocked me too). Today, ordered a WARM spicy grilled Cobb salad, no tomatoes or egg. This was how he brought my salad. With everything I said not to put on it and COLD. He said “That’s what they told me to tell you. The kitchen is closed. This was after waiting 20 minutes. This is far by the worst chick fil a experience so have had. I got my refund and left. I NEVER left chik fil a and went to another restaurant. Tried to call in to speak with manager to resolved, no one answered.

I can't wait for this Chick fil a to open. It'll be nice to have one that you can go inside and sit down without having to go into the mall. And also it will be bigger and bring a few more jobs to the city. Their service is exceptional and I'm looking forward to going for the service and excellent food. The frozen lemonade is a must have. I recommend to all of my friends and they absolutely love it. I wish I knew the opening date. Will have to find that out...... UPDATE: Employees and service is awful. I've written into corporate about my most recent visits. Get it together.

Streamlined ordering, excellent customer service, delicious food. Recommend x100.

Their food always tastes fresh and good. I will still go if there is a very long drive through line because i know that it's going to go fast...10 minutes tops.

As always, respectful staff, fresh hot food, correct order and moved through drive-in quickly. Thank you Chic-fil-A!
