Bidra med feedbackWe went with high expectations, as this place was recommended for having gluten-free pizza. My husband is gluten-intolerant, and having pizza in Italy was high on our list. We arrived right as they opened at 19:00. They were already “sold out” of gluten-free pizza crust. This was a huge disappointment. I was still able to order pizza, however. I went with the classic “fra diavolo” as they didn’t have a menu in English, and I understood the ingredients that were in Italian. It was good, but very soggy in the middle. I’m not sure if it’s meant to be served that way, but it wasn’t what I expected or what I’m used to. The starters were very good, though. Tuna tartare and octopus.
Nice people, cool place and THE best pizza!!! I think they have 50 different pizzas on the menu. We had three different types and shared and it was all so good. The people who work here are really friendly! We will come back!
Alba is a small town with a lot of history. There's excellent food to be found all around. Of course there is pizza, but most pizza places don't make anything more from it: pizza is pizza. Fra Diavolo is different. They work with different types of dough, they offer the classic garnishings but also some new recipes and combinations. Pretty creative actually. The interior is really nice, also with a touch of creativity. It's fun to hang around and has a very urban touch. Staff speaks english (or at least tries to).
Accessible only on foot (share the machine)the local is very nice and spacious. the pizza with high frame (all) is sublime, excellent ingredients. attentive and attentive staff
Without doubt the best I've ever tried here in Piedmont.
