I understand that bakeshops are too busy to take and make orders, so I needed to always give a phone call and send emails to follow up on my order. I can say Henry is responsive than the other cake vendors around Oakland. He’s able to accommodate my inquiries in a quick span. He works within the budget and delivers good customer service.

Henry's such a nice vendor! Very communicative and responsive. They weren't able to receive the topper on time and they improvised. They processed a refund for the topper since it's not the one that I ordered! The cake was really good!
