Pacific Fine Food - Alameda

What's not to love. Excellent food and drinks. Not just really good, but Excellent! Ordered a tuna sandwich and I got sliced seared ahi piled high on fresh brioche with such a dressing! Mmmm. And the Music! Woo hoo! Steal that face right off your head!

Had Pacific catering provide food for a surprise birthday party at a tiki bar. They custom made an island themed menu that met several dietary restrictions (vegetarian and pescatarian). The night before the party we caught covid and had to scrap all plans. With less than 24 hours notice they said it was no problem to cancel and offered to due it at a rescheduled date yet to be decided on yet, with no charge (despite the fact that I 'm sure they started making food). Their first words on the phone were how are you both doing? expressing genuine concern. Rare to work with great people! Oh, and the food for the party when it was rescheduled was amazing, everyone raved, and it was all eaten! Thank you Pacific Catering!

I have used Pacific Fine Food Catering for our class reunion, a bridal shower and an upcoming birthday celebration. Kelly is a dream to work with and her food is amazing. I love the extensive menu selections, and the presentation is beautiful. I read a below average review on here, but it must be phony as the company was closed per Covid restrictions at time of review. Thank you Kelly for making my celebrations extra special!

Really enjoyed our Covid Thanksgiving meal! Usually we go to a local restaurant and have a meal. This year, not so easy to do, and we haven't dined in a restaurant in over six months due to the virus. Yes, things have opened up a little but we are just wary of dining next to people we don't know. Anyway, Milton ordered the turkey and I the squash. Both of us were very happy with quality of food, quantity, seasoning and presentation. Every single dish was tasty in my opinion. The salad was a nice mix of persimmon, pomengranates, feta and greens (although Milton said he didn't have persimmons on his). The zucchini cakes were tasty with some texture. The brussel sprouts with maple glaze were yummy. The squash was a nice meaty texture combined with the rice. Whole cranberry sauce on the side. Even the bread roll had some herb seasoning. I was full so I only took one bite of my pumpkin pie and that was delicious also. The food was packaged on an actual plate. We were going to go to the beach and eat but it was a little windy. So we just sat out in the backyard and ate and the dog had a little turkey and mashed potatoes also. Milton is interested in checking out the Friday dinner and possibly getting Xmas dinner here also.
