Mountain Mike's Pizza - Alameda

I love the gluten-free pizza and the beautiful salads that are served here. The staff is so nice. The restaurant is very clean.

The Mountain Mike?s pizza on Central Ave in Alameda was extremely rude. We had a promise delivery time of 5:05 a.m. and when the pizza was not delivered at 5:20 a.m., I called the store and the lady who answered, said the driver was gone and he was on the way and would be there soon. I went ahead and called back at 5:25 because I had not received a call about a late delivery. The lady said she was the only one in the store when I wanted to talk to the manager and then said she would try to get a hold of the driver. At 5:30 the doorbell and the guy kept our pizza and said he tried to call when he left the place around 5:10 to deliver. Good 5:10 Leave is already late from a 5:05 shipment. He then showed me that he called for many time and showed me that he actually called the wrong number for which he apologized, and we got our pizza hot, which was great and good!! Then I had a failed call after eating the lady at the pizza place I had spoken first, and she had an extremely rude message saying, "Your pizza was delivered at exactly 5:05 and we had called and told you many times, check your phone and check your door.? Will not order from there again.

I hadn't eaten at MM's for years until the day I had eaten again (but the first time in this particular place, though), and I am very glad that I was because her pizza is DELICIOUS!???????

The staff is really rude, especially the male employee standing at the cash register and the staff with very long beards were very rude at dinner. I didn't like it at all and there is a really bad smell inside. I definitely do not recommend.

The Mountain Mike's Pizza is located at the Webster street, Alameda CA, and is a Nice place to eat delicious pizzas. This house works delivering orders or at the place's saloom, in a warmfull environment, with good prices. I recommend it.
