Tables dirty and sticky, food mediocre (not enough meat and little flavor). The employees were very nice and food was ready quickly. Old school Mills Hoagie fan here and this didn't compare at all.Food: 3/5

I ordered extra sweet peppers on my cheesesteak. I got a cheesesteak with no sweet peppers. Looking at other reviews, it appears my order is not the only one that they got incorrect. Update Tried the place again. My sons and I ordered three sandwiches. They got one of the three correct. My sandwich was also dry and tasteless. I used to like this place, but it is definitely on a downward spiral. I have lowered my review from 2 stars to one. I will not return!

Got takeout last Wednesday night for dinner and it was absolutely fabulous!! Best ever!! We had the original cheesesteak sandwiches which had so much steak and so fresh. The onion rings were really good but not many in the regular sized order, so if you're sharing order the large. We also shared the green salad and it too was really really good. Good customer service too. Overall just kind of blown away because we never expected such a great meal.

A friend of mine lives near this place, so over last 7 years we've gone to it quite a few times (very good food . The most recent visit was just flat out bad. We ordered 2 of their standard cheese steaks to go. They were not good. The steak was only hot on the edges. As if it had been taken out of a freezer and quickly cooked. Both of our sandwiches had this issue.If that's not enough, we also witnessed one of their workers being irate and tossing an order at a customer (if the food was anything like ours, well... . The worker then turned her anger at the cook (who didn't look experienced at all . Just not a good environment.In any case, this place has really gone down hill. We realize the management must hvae changed because they used to have cooks that really knew how to cook. Now it seems like they're hiring high school kids and expecting them to be experienced chefs.Both my friend and I have vowed never to go bacjk here again. And PLEASE, to the management, if you're reading this do NOT email me I have no interest!
