Planet Smoothie - Alabaster

I don't think the reward system is great. I buy 4-5 drinks every visit and get a scratch, so I mentioned it and said I don't find it right, but I don't know. Now I get cold shoulders every time I come?

Love their delicious smoothies and they are so sweet in there!! Only changes are they getting better!!!!

I have come to this place since the first day she opened, and the owner and manager really did a stand-up job!! Every time I come to greet every person and I didn't? ve ever had a smoothie I didn't taste fantastic. Very recommended!

Delicious. Would highly recommend. I haven't figured out her morning hours yet? It says 8AM, but they are usually not open at 8:00. It seems to be fluctuating. Call before you go there.

Came in and the girl didn't say a word to us. She had head phones in her ears but she clearly saw us considering we were the only ones in the store. I figured she was finishing something so I waited. A guy walked in and she immediately addressed and greeted him and started working on his smoothie. She then went and got someone else to come out and another man had walked in at that point and she went to help him first as well! I politely spoke up and mentioned we hadn't placed our order yet. So she took it and looked completely annoyed about it. The whole experience was unpleasant. I've never had a bad experience here before today.
