Bidra med feedbackDon?t order from this place thru their app. It thinks the store remains open 11 but it doesn't. They were two other people who were really upset. They drove 20 minutes, drove 25 and their tracker finished it, and we all got the guy when he left and said they're closing each night at 9:00. We've all paid there without pizza and no refund. One guy said it happened to him before he got the same place and he never got his refund. (Kinda his guilt, ida never gave this place 2 times to get me, I will never come through this pizza compound again. It was 10 a.m. with everything that said they stayed open until 11??????
Do not order anything from this place online or app wisely. Your system keeps them open when they don't. I have submitted an adaptation to Google to let them know that they close @930 not 11. How come they don't advertise their hours anywhere? Google, yelp, even the hours of surgery on their answering service and the door? They consistently close 1-2 hours early and 1 time I even took my tea ball team to get all a pizza back in the middle of the day a few months and closed them. With people 25 get a hr you think you could keep employees. It has to pay more to not sell pizza cake as a pizza cake. I will never understand the economy.
This will be the 2nd time I order pizza from this place and they were closed when I arrived. Everything even competes the door hours they should stay open until 11 Saturday nights. Tonight they said closed 930 but app let me order and took my money. Last time. I never got my refund when the last time has happened and I'm sure this will be another $20, I have to kiss goodbye. Fearing everything. No wonder the little Caesar is closing. Where's management? How can a company work by not earning money?
I'm totally impressed. I'll wait for my pizza when a lady came back to pick up her order. The young man said he was confused and finished it in 4 minutes. He was honest, had a great attitude with her and the two young employees gave her a dessert to be patient with them. This is how the customer service should be. We should all understand that companies are working short. The customer recognized this and the employees rose with a smile to make the best of the situation. I hope I see such positive things.
I ordered on the portal, but it wasn?t working and no one came to assist me. I know everyone was occupied but someone could?ve assisted me and the other customers. The wait was so long and directly told everyone who came in that there was a 40 minute wait. Little Caesars needs to have a limit of how many pizzas someone can order.
