I love this food! If you don't get a proper delivery service, I'll go somewhere else. They screwed up twice in a row. As soon as they delivered it to another house in my subspace and tonight it was delivered to my neighbor who had to transfer it. All together

I order the delivery and I have a text that says: This is the jimmy johns delivery manager I can't have left my supplier who eat with a tip? So whatever my fathers sugar was extremely low and I needed to get a good meal in him, so I changed it to a 20% tip as soon as I got my father in better condition I started thinking about and how wrong that sounded, so I called the manager and asked if he told me that. He then informed me that it was his supplier who had written me because he (the manager) would not write anyone. The manager took my tip from my meal, but personally I think something else should be done. If the supplier did this to me, how many other people did it?

I usually love JJ and never had complaints, but today I am very upset! I ordered by web at 11:30 am, the order was for delivery at 11:40 but my order was not delivered until 12:15 pm. This is very regrettable because it is known? Fast delivery?! When I received my order, the bread was soggy and my order was not as I wanted. Imagine it is ready and 11:40 and not with up to 12:15- this is definitely soggy sandwich! When I expressed my dissatisfaction, I spoke to the manager John- he never apologized and not even the decision for my sandwich to return. I had to take time out of my day to correct something so simple. My remake was hurried and not done right yet. It was very sad that this was not taken seriously and correct.

This place is very inconsistent in portion sizes. One day you will get a the sandwich you expect, and other days you will get a sandwich with one piece of meat and barely any toppings. This place is not really worth money you pay for it, and the customer service is lacking.
