Server was great swordfish was good but kind of fishy for my liking. First time there and wood definitely try again.

My wife and stopped in to celebrate our 28 year anniversary today . Had a blast! Live band and the staff were awesome!!

As we were waiting for our friend to safely get picked up because she was not able to drive, one of the workers Anthony Tony started yelling at as for still being on the property and even after explaining he became belligerent and calling us bitches and words that I will not report and then put his hands on me and pushed me with the manger standing there who continued to tell me he did not put his hands on me and shoved me after his employee continued to yell continuous names at me and my friend as we were walking to our car, as the manager continued to disrespect all of my friend and my self. I will never be going back and talking to the OWNERS, because the management is disrespectful to another level allowing a employee to touch a women in any way.

Had a lovely lunch today! Our waitress/bartender did a great job and was very helpful and gave great suggestions. Quite atmosphere and nice music overlooking portage lakes. Seafood was great! Had perch dinner and citrus salad but with the Ahi tuna instead of shrimp. Also had the lobster bisque which was delicious.Only strange thing was we were charge extra for the butter .49) and sour cream .49) with our baked potato. Never had to pay extra for butter when you order a baked potato that was included with the dinner. Tartar sauce came with fish, but it was mentioned on the menu. Guess it was our fault for assuming because side baked potato didn’t say with butter?

On a Thursday afternoon around 3:15, it took OVER 1 HOUR, to get one salad, no protein, wings, fish tacos and 2 buffalo chicken wraps. The salad didn't have the tomatoes or red onions on it and didn't come with the breadstick which according to the menu are standard items. The Fish tacos didn't have guacamole, again, a standard item. My husband and I asked for the buffalo chicken wraps to be extra wet and they were absolutely not and for one of them to have bleu cheese crumbles, it didn't. TO make matters even worse, the friend who ordered the salad told the server to forget about bringing another salad and just wanted it taken off the bill but the server insisted she bring her another, she never agreed with getting another, then within 5 min she received 2 more. The first manager, kitchen manager, came to the table and said she would have everything fixed. After discussing all of the messed up items with the server she offered to have another manager come to talk with us. When the next manager came to the table, the first thing she said was the salad wasn't being reimbursed because she ended up getting 3. We couldn't believe it! From the beginning, our friend was adamant about not getting a replacement salad but in their eyes just because she got a second, and then less than a minute later receiving a third, she was still being charged, by the way our waitress didn't make an attempt to back up our friend and say she had never wanted another salad and she was the reason she got more. Ridiculous. We weren't offered to even get any discount after messing up 4 out of the 5 orders, not a free drink. Nothing. My husband and I are from out of town and won't ever agree to go back the next time we're here.
