Starbucks Coffee - Akron

Very busy so that the waiting period can be long. the parking space can become a chaos and I do not recommend parking and go because they can hang in their place because the drive thru line is too long. we sometimes do not get the custom items we order, which is a scandal because it costs so much. we ordered additional foam on a cold beer and they gave us less than the normal amount. When I informed her, it wasn't extra, like we paid for the foam being melted in my drink. if they have ever ordered a cold brew, the foam takes a long time to dissolve and the coffee was still black.

The store and staff are awesome; but there is a homeless man that just camps there smoking cigarette butts out of the parking lot, while staring at everyone. It's rather uncomfortableFood: 5/5

This location has SLOW service. I'm sure they are under staffed like many places, but I've waited in the drive thru for over 20 minutes several times over the last year. On the bright side my order was perfect and the employee running the drive thru was very friendly.Food: 5/5

Nice Starbucks with good seating. They are swamped in the morning but do their best to get everything out as quick as they can. Traffic is the the worst
