MANAGER BETTER READ THIS. every time I go into the store, it smells so bad and the customer service is horrible. I just ordered there from DoorDash and I scheduled it to come in the morning and it never came. I had to cancel it and get credits. and the last time I ordered with DoorDash from here it was honestly soggy and so disgusting. I was very very disappointed. I walked in there one time, stood in the lobby for like 10 minutes, and no one even came to the front. There were buckets everywhere catching drips from the floor. just from the looks of it, doesn’t seem like the back would be any cleaner.
I am not sure if our server was drunk or possibly high, but this was a horrible experience. The table next to us left without even eating. The worst part was the manager and 2 other servers just stood around and watched our server struggle and did zero to assist. I can not remember a worse experience at a restaurant in a long time.
It was very slow, customer-wise. Only myself and one other table seated. Great hospitality though, and I made sure to tip pretty well since there was no one in there at that time. I'd go back!
I went at about 12am after saying goodbye to a pet with my bf, this was one of the only places still open that late and we were starving. I am so glad we went Crystal, our waitress, was one of the best waitresses ever! She was very polite and attentive, and she suggested some items for us. I got the Bourbon Bacon Burger and my bf got the Slamburger, we both really loved our respective burgers and they were HUGE! We also shared the Choose 3 appetizer (buffalo chicken, mozzarella sticks, onion rings) and it was pretty good.Overall, I had some nice food and lovely service and at 12am, too!Parking: Lots of parking spotsWheelchair accessibility: Multiple handicap parking spaces, sidewalk near them is level with parking lot pavement.
