Chip's Chicken Pizza - Akron

I always order the chicken with hot rice here. I have tried other places but keep coming back here. Been doing so for over 20yrs, great food would recommend it to anyone.

I ordered for delivery a dark-meat chicken dinner with hot rice and jojos, and a capicola sub with jojos. First off, even for delivery, the price was very reasonable. The sub was tasty. And jojos are always wonderful, so full marks for that half of the order. The chicken dinner, however, was kind of meh. The hot rice was too soupy and not really spicy at all. And being from this part of Ohio, I measure the chicken against what you get at a Barberton chicken restaurant. It falls well short. It's not horrible, and most importantly, it wasn't dry. It just lacked something that makes some chicken dinners special. I feel comfortable giving that half of the order two stars. So that averages to three. I'll order again for sure, and maybe try their pizza, and jojos, of course. At these prices, buying two meals just for me won't put me in the poor house.

I ordered a chicken salad.I had delivery.The problem was no chicken on the salad.There were signs of breaded chicken crumbs.The delivery boy must of been really hungry.lolSo I would never order anything from there.

Chicken was amazing! Parking: Plenty of parking but best to take out the food

I tried to support this business and leave tips to help businesses that's trying to survive. I attempted to order and I got a busy tone. I thought it was my phone. No big deal. A couple days later, I tried to order again. It was either busy or it will ring once and hang up. So the 3rd time I personally went there to ask if they're blocking calls. The owner told me Spectrum is having some issues with their phone. He said some get through and some don't. So there you have it. Some calls will get through and some won't. Weird huh? The food I had before the Spectrum debacle, wasn't bad. If they're not blocking calls, he wasn't really concerned it seem.
