Bidra med feedbackReally good classic Georgian food compared to lot of other Georgian places. Very well made. Good welcoming. Happy with kids. Not expensive, good for a quick lunch.
It was okay until we went to the hotel and checked the check. Prices are overestimated compared to menu, and 15 per cent of the service not specified.
The worst restaurant we've been to in Georgia. The food was bland to simply bad (we ordered beans in pot (okay , different breads (old and stale , Kebap, greek salad (the dressing was literally water and Khinkali (not yet fully cooked and came in a very weird order with a lot of time in between dishes. Kebap came first and because we didn't want to eat just meat, we waited for the bread and salad to arrive. When they finally came the kebap was cold. They forgot about our drinks and about the Khinkali as well, which they started to prepare when we first complained and brought after we got up to leave. The bill was thrown on our table prior to most of the food. Speaking of the bill, it was too high. They charged us a couple of Laris too much for some items. After we got the menu and showed them the prices, the amount was corrected and we were given another bill. Quite a lot of discussing, no apologies offered, they did not even abstain from including a 10% tip. Needless to say, service was pretty poor and not friendly at all. Wouldn't recommend.
Nice restaurant underground. Got to know of the place from a person we met at the Rabathi castle. Very hospitable staff and tasty food. Nice ambience. Parking in that area can be difficult.
It took a long time to order. There's nothing to go on. I don't think so. They also took salads with nuts, Hinkali and home white wine. It's delicious. Hinkali are divine.
