Mondo Natura - Akashi

This restaurant is owned by a vegan Italian and Japanese couple who offer a wide variety of organic spices, nuts, vegan cheese, herb teas, soaps, and whole-wheat spaghetti. I tried the vegan focaccia and it was delicious! It may be a bit difficult to find the location, so it's best to call ahead to get directions, but it's definitely worth a visit.
