La Thai - Akaroa

This placed lured us in with their great lunch special! We don’t know which restaurant to choose as this place is next to another Thai restaurant and it seems they have a bit of competition going. We chose this place as the lady that was serving here seemed so sweet and the lunch special was cheaper came with ice cream! Our meal was delicious we shared a plate of suki pad which neither of us had tried before. The ice cream was also so good and the lady really filled up our ice cream cone. The service here is also top notch, our server was so sweet and helpful it made the meal even tastier. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be back!

Lovely restaurant with many options. We had the duck curry and seafood pad Thai. It was great value for money and very delicious. The waitress was very bubbley and polite. She was checking in on all the customers to ensure quality service.

Family owned Thai restaurant with a great service. It has various Thai most famous cuisine. We tried Pad Ba Mee and it was satisfying, coffee and hot chocolate were also quite decent.

This Thai restaurant in at 69, Beach Road, is severely underrated. The three of us had really good Thai meals, nicely presented followed by ice cream. It was all extremely good value.

The food is delicious and they are able to accommodate our level of spiciness, lunch comes with ice cream, warm service (the owner keep on checking if everything is ok)
