Before, there weren't many fine dining options in Ajmer, but this restaurant is a fantastic place to visit. The ambience is great and the crowd is nice.

When you think you've tried every paneer and vegetable dish from North India, this place takes it up a notch. Every dish I tried was exceptional, perfectly flavored with just the right amount of oil and spices. Their karari roomali roti starter is simple yet elegant and will leave you impressed. The paneer dishes are succulent, vegetable dishes are fresh, and the pulao and biryanis have subtle flavors. The breads are also delicious. In addition to the Indian dishes, they offer a good selection of soups, sizzlers, salads, and Western dishes. The service is attentive. Although the desserts are more expensive than the havmore ice cream outlet downstairs, I opted to enjoy mine there. Overall, a culinary experience that will have you coming back for more.
