Tim Hortons - Ajax

It just went back to this tims and the staff pushed us out of the car as soon as possible. I ordered two chilis, with two rolls fried not roasted Boston cream. I have the two rolls, but only half and roasted, no serviettes, and the bouston cream had no filling. That's ridiculous. for the bungalow they called a new policy. I really doubt that!

If I could give a lower rating I would. Slow serve is an understatement. Drive thru and in store lines don’t move.

Radially the worst Tim Hortons in the whole of ajax. The staff are nothing but ride incompetent people who can never manage to even make a simple cofee triple triple. Like it's not that hard really I make a home Brew every morning before I leave my house. And it doesn't stop there. No matter what you order they always find a way to screw it up even trying to short you change and hope because you're in the drive thru with people behind you, they hope you won't notice until it's too late because you're more focused on keeping the line moving. (That's even if you happen to notice at all). It may not even be that much at times but it's the principal. I'd be surprised if any of them have their highschool deploma with the inability to do such simple math, not to mention they have a computer screen that figures it out for them. I gave them the benefit of the doubt because of the convince of the location to where I am and thought it's just a one, two time thing. But no it's every. Single. Time. Terrible staff with the worst attitude, all around in pleasent experience every single time. I'm never going back to this location and would advise you choose literally any other Tim Hortons in ajax other than this s**t hole. I didn't think they could get any worse but they surprise me every single time just how terrible they are. Especially one lady in particular. I really wish I caught her name tag!!!

$8.79 for a speck grilled cheese. had to wait 5 minutes and it looks like they could have put it 20 seconds in the griller. bees was not melted, not sure how they usually do it, but the outside had been on one side and nothing on the other, I thought they had baked that brot or something like that? like most grilled cheeses? rather disappointing, especially at the price.

They need to decide whether or not they do delivery. they turn on uber eats and skip the dishes as they please. it seems many of the Tim Hortons in Ajax do this and then dont care to remove their restaurant from the app. This creates confusion as also this and many other Tim Hortons in the area dont update their availability for delivery so places like this that not longer deliver are listed not only in Skip and Uber but they also seem to have forgotten to change their delivery status on Google. As a customer who has been ordering all throughout the pandemic and prior to, I have always had issue with my order being incorrect, the drinks being poorly made, rudeness and irritability from staff, and lack of enforcement of Covid proceedures even. I ultimately think this is my last attempt to even bother to bring any sort of issue up to their notice as Ill no longer partake in this declining brand. Its not even Canadian anymore, if it was id at least try to stick it out but since it was bought out the whole company has gone to waste.
