Kfc - Ajax

The food was good. Not too greasy but unfortunately also not very hot. The incredibly poor service was mostly to blame. I stood at the on-line pick up counter patiently waiting for service. Alas, the two working the registers were only concerned with taking orders from walk-in customers. When, after 8 minutes I interrupted to point out I had been waiting for some time I was told that I should have interrupted as no one will come over to say May I help you. So much for Order on line, beat the line. The best I got was the guy saying My bad . Just horrible customer service. Really too bad as the food was good, but I probably won 't go there again.

Best quick service. Always smiling whenever I went on Sundays.

KFC used to be great. Now not so. Small portions, chicken was stringy and boney. Asked for a breast got maybe 1/3 of a breast and small pieces. Maybe got 20 french fries. Better options out there.
