Le Bilbocq - Ajaccio

I went to this restaurant with a group, without having the first info of the unique menu 'Pâtes aux Langoustes' (allergy! . As soon as I informed the server, they searched and found a troubleshooting solution. The place is nice, my comrades celebrated (it was gracious). I loved the wine, dessert and liqueur of Myrte Rouge. It's a typical place, sorry I didn't get the boss' song.

Located in a small alley of Ajaccio, the Bilboq does not pay a mine from the outside. This iconic restaurant deserves a detour! Known by its owner Jean-Jean, a character by himself, the Bilboq is an entire story. The walls of the restaurant are covered by photos of the owner and personalities. First of all, Tino Rossi, who, in view of the many photos, had made the Bilboq his canteen. Jean-Jean does it well by animating his restaurant from a playlist that has fully dedicated it. Almost a dish on the map, but what a dish! The lobsters cooked in a superb sauce perfectly collected for the most sensitive! and accompanied by a nice amount of fresh pasta. It's simple and terribly exquisite! Count 70 euros per person for this dish that smells good food and family meals.

He brought us a table, he got us out of nowhere and invited us to the wine. The extraordinary atmosphere, in addition to the warmth of Jean Jean, the videos that parade and the music make it a special place and where you truly enjoy.
