Campanile - Aix-les-Bains

Very well received from Aina. The hotel is comfortable, the rooms are top and we are close to the lake. The kitchen is good and not excessive. I recommend for a stay in Aix les bains.

We stayed two days from Saturday to Monday ) and the room was not cleaned during our stay. At the time of departure the receptionist told us that she had to control if she had no damage I understand. But when someone comes to tell me that there are QUELQUES hairs of my dogs knowing that the household wasn't AVAIT for two days I find it unacceptable. When we arrived 20 euros had been asked for the cleaning of the room for dogs and we are still making stories. In addition, I tell her that E- Booker doesn't specify that he allowed a dog less than 10 pounds, she tells me that she doesn't work with them and that it wasn't her problem. What the hell is going on!!!!So why go through E booker if it is to have only problems at the end! In addition we are offered a buffet at 13 euros and the choice is very restreins per intake at the requested price. Animal owners absolutely avoid this place
