A magnificent setting, a special hotel of the xviii in a quiet location in the historic centre of Aix. a very good quality cuisine (the grilled octopus is a treat! , and a very friendly team that discovers wines from the region that are real pepites.

Very great disappointment despite a very comfortable setting! Nothing in the plates (the dishes without accompaniment are simple entries) , a much too average service and a delirious price for the services. We tried and we won't come back.
