McDonald's - AIRPORT WEST

The coffee at this restaurant was strong and slightly bitter, but when I asked for my free drink with my discount card, the staff were accommodating. After drinking my coffee, I needed water and the young man at the cafe bar was very helpful. Overall, this is a great place to grab a coffee anytime, especially when other local coffee shops are closed. However, the toilets were not well maintained, which was disappointing. The staff were very professional and polite, and the ordering system using numbered dockets was efficient for picking up your order when it's ready.

Well you can't go too wrong with McD's now can you? Some freshly cooked fries and an order of anything freshly cooked (grill order) goes down a treat. You'll find that with this particular McD's at Airport West, that you'll get fresh more often than not regardless of whether you ask for grill or not which is an added bonus so you're not waiting in the waiting bays for it. Staff here are very welcoming both at the counter and through drive through (more so at drive through). We haven't had an order that wasn't complete yet and let's hope we don't now that we've said it.<br/ <br/ It's not a regular meal for us but seeming as we're munching on a 10 pack of nuggets, we may as well provide a review. I was considering leaving a negative review about the coffee, but it's typically excellent so I won't. I apologize for my bluntness, but getting burned by the coffee was not a pleasant experience. The management was friendly, thank you. P.S. Place your palm on the pitcher while heating the milk - if it's too hot for your hand, it's too hot for your mouth. Thank you.

I usually order online for pick up at this restaurant. The service is fast and accurate, I find it better than other branches. It is located in a food court, so there are usually clean tables available to dine at, unlike other locations.

I returned to this second after some time. I ordered and paid a large latte with lean milk. there was only one other customer. I waited for more than 5 minutes and I still couldn't move towards someone who makes my coffee so. I asked my server what happened. She has just sung her head on the back and showed no interest in helping me, and in general there was a lack of interest in her role. the manager overheard me in the service and immediately made my coffee, otherwise I would wait. in the manager defense, a free muffin was offered to me for compensation. but my two experiences in this industry were not yet very good.
