Staff members should be working in a different job where they don’t have to attend any customer. The worst service ever! Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

Terrible service. I waited 12 minutes to order an iced coffee and they didn't even take my order. I recommend going somewhere else before ordering take out. Service: Take out Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Every time we go there and order a bagel, regardless of the kind. If they dont have it, the staff always says ' its discontinued , now thats okay once, but saying it over and over again all the time without knowing what Discontinued means is misleading to all Tim hortons customers.
