Smitty's Restaurant Airdrie

We go out periodically as a family for a break, and Smitty's is a place that we regularly visit. As always, the service and food was great.

Hit the Sunday Brunch - busy usually means really good. Well - what can be said is that the eggs Benny were and the buffet price was a couple bucks less than ordering eggs Benny off the menu. The Brunch is a breakfast buffet - limited selection - and the kitchen was trying to keep up with the crowd - it was busy. The wait staff were doing their best and did a great job being efficient and friendly - brunch crowd considered.If you are looking for quantity over quality - this is the place!!!

We stopped to have breakfast at this local Smitty's after our stay in the hotel. The hotel will give you $5 coupons to use in the location. The buffett was good, greasy, and tasted fine. The Egg's Benny were good and the staff filled it up regularly.Not sure I'd hit it at full price but the $5 discount was worth it.

Want to see if they had a weekend brunch buffet.Checked for a web site. No web site.Telephoned them, voice mail with brief message indicating they where to busy to respond but would get back, that was two days ago, still no response.So I decided to go over, at the reception the was three staff, talking, at least one of them could have answered the phone.In general the waitstaff was inattentive & slow.The buffet was very small, the scrambled eggs, sausage & bacon was over cooked.The hollandaise sauce on the eggs benny was watered down package cause. $17.00 for the buffet & coffee.If you want quantity over quality this is the place for you.

Good food in the morning in the lounge. They offer a brunch buffet on the weekend for a reasonable amount of money. Clean place with pleasant staff. Its also attached to a hotel.
