Mcdonald's - Aiken

This McDonald's is a well run restaurant. They staff are always very friendly. They are also very quick and have great attitudes. Most McDonald's do not compare to this one. The food is always fresh and have never had a problem at this restaurant.

Not a fan of mcdonald's food. But this place does a good job at getting your food out to you timely.

I don’t usually bother to leave reviews unless I had an exceptional or horrific experience and this experience was so entirely unpleasant that I had to say something. Cashier in drive thru took our order down incorrectly 3 times, when it finally seemed like he got it right when we got the receipt after paying it was still VERY wrong. Let staff know that it was incorrect and was told we could drive back around or come inside to order the correct things. Went inside and staff were rude and dismissive. Never actually came to a valid solution. All the staff we encountered were rude except 2 that I can remember. The food we did receive was of poor quality as well unfortunately. I work in food service as well, so I’m very understanding that things happen, but this was a horrible disaster from start to finish and was handled less than poorly. I’m sure this will get nowhere, but I just had to say something.
