Arby's - Aiken

This Arby's location is one of the best. They are usually fast in preparing orders and the quality is consistently good. While customer service may have been lacking before, it has been excellent during my last three visits. I am deducting one star because of occasional issues with forgetting an item or not making a sandwich to personal specifications, such as no mustard. Overall, these instances are rare.

The brisket and bacon had good flavor, but it appeared to be leftovers. The bacon was hard and chewy, and there wasn't much meat in general. I was disappointed given the $8 price for the sandwich. The French dip was delicious on its own and didn't necessarily need the au jus. The service that evening seemed irritated and annoyed.

The service at this restaurant was excellent and the Roast Beef Sandwiches were also delicious. I would have given them 5 stars, but I deducted one star because they no longer serve potato cakes. Curly fries just aren't the same - please bring back the potato cakes!
