Bidra med feedbackA place I will never step foot in again. Service is always slow and bad. Employees are indifferent and careless. I asked for a filter coffee and milk with it, they brought the coffee mixed with milk. When I told them to bring it separately, they brought half a glass of filter coffee and 2 fingers of milk in the tiny cup, and shamelessly sold the coffee that was written for 45 TL on the menu for 50 TL because I wanted milk with it!! Moreover, when I wanted to pay with multinet, it wasn't working either. They take people for suckers. I don't recommend it at all, don't go! Don't be shy with your money!
I think it's the first time I've had to leave a negative review for a business. An extra unsuccessful business, which can easily victimize other customers and serve the only javanese it sells badly, with incompetent and weak-brained waiters who catch flies in normal times, fill their tables with javanese, the only meal that only costs during lunch breaks, so they employ few staff and cannot even take account of the lunchtime intensity. .but the interior decor of the place is so cute ,
A disgraceful place Staff were very indifferent, we asked for a bread, they did not bring it, the service was very slow, there was not even salt on the table when we tell your mistakes They didn't even care, they said with an arrogant attitude that you can't say it like that, the chicken was burnt, it came late, the rice was cold, they deserve all the bad comments made here.
It is an example of how to run a business. While saying the name of the dish you chose from the menu, the staff of the enterprise corrected the wrong speech with a superior attitude, there was cognac in the tiramisu. Although we took a spoonful of the dessert, the alcohol rate was too high and the taste was very bitter. Even though we told this to the restaurant staff, he said that the recipe was the same for years and the alcohol rate was not too high. Although we asked for the dessert to be returned, it was not returned. Staff behavior was rude.
Although it used to be one of the quality venues around Bilkent, it has recently gone back unbelievably. I don't know if the owner has changed or has stopped caring, but such a decrease is unbelievable. Like almost everyone here, javanese chicken is my favorite dish. When I was hungry, I had 3-4 meals. However, in the last 2 visits, it has nothing to do with its old state. The chicken was brought in fried form. This happened not only to one person, but also to other people sitting at the table and at other tables. Likewise, the sauce has gone backwards in terms of both quantity and taste. I used to be able to eat the sauce with a fork when the chicken was finished, now I have to put it on the chicken to cover it. The worst part of the job is its service. You may have to shout or something to call the waiter if you're not sitting right inside. They are also far from giving proper answers to superior questions. There is an air of situationist among the employees as if they take their place in the neighborhood and take their friends. In the past, there were employees who laughed, talked and gave advice. If it is an average place, I would say ok, but when the prices in Istanbul are reduced to the products and the service and quality are reduced, one cannot go again. I hope they find it soon.
