Bidra med feedbackI had a very good experience at this panda express. The food was very good and it had very good service. Everyone was very kind and our food came out very fast
I usually look forward to enjoying the steam veggies at Panda Express, but my recent visit left me deeply disappointed. On this occasion, I was informed that I would need to wait for the veggies to be freshly prepared, a request I was initially fine with. My order was simple: half steamed veggies and half steamed rice, with teriyaki chicken and an extra side of steamed veggies.Despite being reminded of the wait by the employee, Emma, and stepping outside for the 4-6 minutes as advised, my return revealed a disheartening sight. My expectation of a wholesome side of veggies was met with a single piece of broccoli. When I inquired about this with Emma, she confirmed it, leaving me no choice but to accept my order, though NOW with an ADDED PORTION of RICE instead of the anticipated veggies I requested.Feeling underserved, I literally went back in line after paying (one person behind me) to PURCHASE an additional side of veggies, only to be told upon payment that I would have to wait once again for more to be cooked. This cycle of waiting and disappointment escalated my frustration, leading me to request a refund—a decision made in the hope of sparing myself further dissatisfaction.I'm literally speechless. I should've taken a picture.
The most kind, efficient, helpful and aim to please staff I've ever encountered. The food.is excellent! The best good food around and no excessive prices. Definitely try it!Vegetarian options: Chow Mein, rice, egg roles..too.many to list.Parking: Excellent!Kid-friendliness: A family place and peaceful as well!
This place deserves no star, but yelp has yet to make that an option. Definitely should come up with a negative review, where we actually minus a star. I visited Panda Express store #1409, Agoura Hills, CA. My experience was that of poor customer service and lack of appreciation for the payee. I walked in to order a bowl. I approached the counter and was Not greeted with a simple Hello or What can I serve you with today ! Server Mirna P said Yes , as if you just walk up to a counter and shout out an order. Just rude! I skipped over the lack of a respectful greeting and asked for a bowl please. Mirna then grabs a container in which I 've never seen served as a bowl. I 'm used to the, actual bowls in which Panda still features on the app for ordering. Mirna, pulls out a container that looked as though someone forgot to order store supplies and sent a team member to the nearest Smart Final to make quick, yet meager accommodations. Absolutely not acceptable! Panda, if this is a container in which you are moving towards, then the price of the bowl needs to change because this container was smaller then the kids meal box and website must reflect this packaging. When I let Mirna know, that 's not going to work for me she immediately gathers a little bit more of a negative attitude then she already displayed and grabs one of the regular boxes. Mirna then slaps noodles in the box and ladled a half spoon of mushroom chicken. She moves to the register and furthered offered terrible etiquette, lack of brand standards and representation. I paid cash and placed the money in Mirna 's hand. She Mirna throws my change on the counter. In what world, or where do we set our team members up for success by teaching staff to not place the money into a customers hand?!?! Once my daughter grabbed her bag she looked inside and asked for a fork, and soy sauce please. Mirna proceeded to say if you wanted that you should have asked !!!! At that point, I lost all couth. I give Mirna a quick review on a dying art of customer service etiquette, and how to treat paying patrons that keep a business afloat and operational with a level of respect. Simple respect! To be thankful to have a job and thankful to the persons that allow that job to be functional. Also to give change back the same way it was received and to look a customer in the face. Not at the floor while you 're attempting to be disrespectful!!! At that point another man approaches and tells Mirna in Spanish Give her whatever she wants so she can leave ! Hilarious, that he felt the need to speak Spanish to Mirna when our entire conversation was in English. Also to assume that because I may look as though I don 't speak Spanish, that I didn 't understand!!! it 's extremely disrespectful to jump into another language to dismiss a customer who spoke English and received poor communication in English. The entire store lacks regard for the persons walking through the door. Maybe it 's no concern to lose business for the Panda Brand, however from this experience, I made myself, more self aware about the power I possess as to allowing myself or my children to receive mediocrity from a business that will employ anyone to serve basic food. Food thrown into a container and to have the nerve to be overpriced. It 's truly unacceptable and sad. I seriously wish we all wake up and put big business out of business. This store needs a team that enjoys going into work to be of service to the persons walking through the door, who considers their weak food during a quick fix for a teen who 's so hungry. Agoura Hills Panda is sad, with dried out food, ugly team members and lack of a strong positive brand representation. I will never again!!!!Thank you Panda for reminding me to cook meals and not do what 's quick instead of what feels right.... Honestly I shouldn 't even be this mad about Panda ! It 's certainly Not of any good quality, or a nice healthy
We definitely wanted Panda Express on the way to Malibu. Stopped in here for the first time and wow we were blown away by the amount and the quality we were served.I don 't understand why ppl wrote they had bad service when we were treated well.Asked how long it would take to make more apple pie (yes apple pie) new item and manager said 3 minutes and it was fresh. The chow mein was perfect and that too was fresh while we waited for a new batch.
